Sydney Sweeney’s relationship with Scooter Braun isn’t just a fling. In fact, insiders say this relationship is getting so serious that “The Housemaid” star is considering making a major move to forward their bond.
A source told Page Six on Oct. 5 that Sweeney has allegedly met with two rabbis and is considering converting to Judaism for Braun. “The couple is discussing having their own family and Scooter feels strongly on the subject,” the insider revealed.

In addition to meeting with the rabbis, Sweeney is also attending religious services with Braun. She previously was photographed attending Rosh Hashanah services at Temple Sholom in Greenwich, Connecticut, per Page Six.
The “Euphoria” star was first connected to the controversial producer in 2025, after they both attended Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s wedding. In September 2025, a source told TMZ that their relationship was “casual.” “Sydney has just ended a relationship and she’s doing what women in their 20’s do — she’s dating,” the insider told the outlet.
On Sept. 23, DeuxMoi reported that Sweeney is “thinking about converting to Judaism,” as a source shared that the two are allegedly “designing and building a home together” and thinking about starting a family.

So far, Sweeney hasn’t addressed the rumors. However, her and Braun have been open about their relationship. On Sweeney’s birthday on Sept. 12, Braun shared a video of her on Instagram and wrote a lengthy caption praising his girlfriend, who he called “the woman who is the exception to every rule.”
“You make me smile harder, laugh louder, adventure more, and dream bigger,” Braun continued. “You’ve made the ordinary feel exciting and the future feel like something I can’t wait to get to. … There are a million things I could say, but the ones that matter most are just for you.”
“Happy birthday Syd. Many more celebrations ahead. I love you ❤️” he added.
